About the Instructor: Dr Daniel Nessim
Dr. Daniel Nessim is a third-generation Jewish disciple of Yeshua. Having grown up in a Hebrew Christian home, he has been in the Messianic movement since the 1980s when he helped found Vancouver Canada’s Messianic Jewish Congregation, Kehilat Tsion. Daniel holds a Master of Arts degree from Regent College in Vancouver, where he wrote his thesis titled “The History of Jewish Believers in the Canadian Protestant Church, 1759-1995.” Later, while living in England he and his wife founded Beit Sar Shalom Messianic Congregation in London. It was there that he enrolled for a Ph.D. in Theology and Religion at the University of Exeter, which resulted in a dissertation on the Didache published as Torah for Gentiles? What the Jewish Authors of the Didache had to Say. He has also published Siddur Sar Shalom, and Derech Yeshua: The Way of Salvation. He is currently spearheading an undergraduate online teaching program with Chosen People Ministries and leading Kehilat Tsion in Vancouver.
