Confronting the New Anti-Semitism
Antisemitism has increased exponentially in recent years, particularly since October 7, 2023, when Hamas terrorists waged the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust. This short course will explore new forms of Antisemitism on both the political-left and the political-right, as well as Anti-Zionist ideologies on college campuses across the world.

Rabbi Dr. Joshua Brumbach is Associate Professor of Jewish Studies at Messianic Jewish Theological Institute. He holds a DHL in Rabbinic Literature from the Spertus Institute, a MA in Rabbinic Writings from MJTI, and a BA in Jewish Studies and Biblical Studies from UCLA. Rabbi Joshua is the author of two biblical commentaries, numerous articles, and two forthcoming books. He additionally serves as Senior Rabbi of Congregation Simchat Yisrael in West Haven, CT, President of the Messianic Jewish Rabbinical Council, and Adjunct Professor at The King’s University. He is an avid mountain biker, loves the outdoors, and is married with two sons.
